Liberty Lake Farmers Market is having our annual Italian Festival this Saturday; this is a great event we always have a lot of fun and enjoy the music and activities. We will have a complete selection of sausages and beef with and some great sugar snap peas...don't know about the spuds though they are a week or so away from being ready. See you there!

 

We sharpened our pencil and determined that we will be able to sell our freezer beef this year at the same price as the past few years so if you want to save a few bucks on premium beef we are now taking orders. We have beef available for delivery in three weeks. Our next availability will be mid August and then again in September and October.

Be sure to get your orders in early so we can get your name on the production board.

 

The way the weather has been fluctuating our hens laying patterns are effected so we don't know how many eggs we can expect from day to day. We will bring what we can to market...we apologize to our loyal egg customers.

 

If anyone wants special cuts of beef or steaks for this weekend please let up know by Thursday so we can have them ready for you at Saturday's markets. We will have Flank Steak, Tenderloins, Briskets as well as our usual stock of great steaks and low fat ground beef. Pre order and we will be sure to have your beef ready for you.
