Jim Frank's Granola Recipe

  • 3 c. thick cut oats
  • 1/2 c. raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 c. raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 c. ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds
  • 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 t. cinnamon

Mix the above ingredients together

Then combine
  • 1/2 c. canola oil
  • 1/2 c. honey

Pour over the oat mixture.

Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

For a simple breakfast this granola can be served with fresh berries and milk.
